Overall, I loved my car that I purchased on 11/19/2022. However, when everything was signed and I was picking up car, I was handed only one key and there was a missing weather mat. Feels like I bought the car from a secondary dealership. Never expected this from United BMW Roswell! I spent too much money. They now expect me to buy that additional key. I'm very disappointed and this has left a bad taste after what I thought was a good experience! More

By far the best experience I've every had purchasing a car - and that's saying something since I've purchased many a car during my 71 -plus years.
