Unlike other dealerships I was not pressured into buying. I went window shopping looking for a deal and drove off with a 2015 Nissan Altima from UCN. The attention I received from this team really convinced me without any hesitation to purchase the car. I am very happy with the excellent services provided by Steve, the General Sales Manager, Hamid Mohseni, Sales Manager, Sunny Shirazi in Finance and Rio, the salesperson. I consider myself to be very fortunate to meet such a great team. These gentlemen were professionals, knowledgeable in their respective field about cars that convinced me to walk out with an Altima. In my opinion, finance is the most important part in any purchase and thanks to Sunny, he made it so clear for me. I am extremely pleased with Sunny who patiently gave me a clear knowledge of financing and helped me understand how payments work. Sunny got me a great deal and thoroughly explained to me about financing process. He was truly a professional and was knowledgeable. He was also extremely patient with me. The trip to UCN went very smooth and without any stress. Rio, very patiently, walked me through the inside of the car. I have already started recommending all my friends to go to Universal City Nissan. In my opinion, UCN is the best dealership around. I am very pleased with my experience at UCN. I am enjoying my new car! More

Run away! !! Run far, far away. I get that car salesmen have to be aggressive, but at a certain point it becomes a hostage crisis. Then once you agree to purc !! Run far, far away. I get that car salesmen have to be aggressive, but at a certain point it becomes a hostage crisis. Then once you agree to purchase something you become the least important thing in the world. I walked in at 5:30 Sunday and didn't get home until 12:30. We waited at least an hour for the new car to get 'washed, detailed and a full tank of gas'. When they gave it to us, the inside was still caked in dust and I had to go get gas. Sure the salesman came with to pay for the gas, but what the heck was everyone doing while we waited? There were also a million little things that the salesman said that didn't exist once we were in the hands of finance. If you do choose to subject yourself to this place, bring a cheeseburger because you might be there for the equivalent of a work day. The next day the finance department called to let me know there were issues with my loan approval. He then went MIA for two days as I tried to figure everything out. Over the next week, I got jerked back and forth between the loan not being approved, then approved, then not, etc. Each time I was told I'd have to return the car, I made appropriate plans only to be told it was 'going' to be approved. This caused a ridiculous amount of stress and wasted a lot of my time and energy over two weeks. Finally, I spoke with the head of finance, who asked me to come in. When I got there, he had left sick and I was led into a room with four people who then proceeded to treat me like crap. Why did I drive over there for that?! At the end, the guy told me the loan was approved because they had told the bank that I made 3 times what I actually make. He blamed me for this even though the claim of income was NOT in my handwriting. Anything to sell a car and put someone else on the hook. RUN AWAY!!! More

AWESOME Customer Service!!! I came with a friend and he bought a Nissan Altima. Not even looking for a car, I left with a brand NEW Maxima! Happy but need to complete all aspects of the services paid That I got it done. The service was good. When I got the car I was promised a gift card that I never got. I called the person who sold the car and sent emails but nothing. She told me she was going to mail it, right! It's not much but don't offer it to make the sale and never send it out. It's been 10 months now I guess she got her commission and for got me, not got service.. More
