Our sales person Andres was on time, attentive and knowledgeable. He did a very good job going over the features of our new Santa Fe and he helped us set everything up for operation. Just awful experience. They sold me a car with 30,000 miles on it that broke down 4 times in 2 weeks, twice leaving me stranded on interstate 4. Their response was to sell me a new car that is a much cheaper version but has me paying $70 more per month for the term of their loan while still including all dealership fees to be paid once again. they are shady.
