Found a blue info sheet on the floor of the new car when we got home ATTENTION- do not take delivery of this (new) vehicle until: Zero out of 10 points were completed!!! Asked that the vehicle be fully c we got home ATTENTION- do not take delivery of this (new) vehicle until: Zero out of 10 points were completed!!! Asked that the vehicle be fully charged for us & was told it takes only 18 minutes for 80% charge. Was given the vehicle with 30% charge & protested. Was sent to a charge station where it took 45 minutes to bring the charge level up to 45% Bug splats on the hood, plastic protective tape on much of the interior lights, vents etc Zero instruction on how to charge or do anything except drive Worst NEW CAR delivery experience of my lifetime & I’ve had a bunch!!!! More

Terrible experience not only was the actual buying process terrible. The finance department charge me for a new tag even though I requested a transfer now months later the air condition has gone out i process terrible. Very very poor customer service. More
