Yes, I started considering what vehicle to replace my lease with a little more than a year ago. Carlos patiently provided information about vehicles and finance programs over all that time. Carlos was gracious enough to allow one of his colleagues to take care of us because he was engaged with another customer when we arrived. Thank you, Darrin Diaz (Double DD) for showing us multiple different vehicles and insisting that we drive each selection to make sure that we were satisfied.
