I received a great deal on my Genesis. I would not purchase a Genesis from a combined Hyundai and Genesis dealership. Our salesman was also working with another customer. He was back and f I would not purchase a Genesis from a combined Hyundai and Genesis dealership. Our salesman was also working with another customer. He was back and fourth between both of us. Our salesman was working with me on the app for the car. The internet was having problems. I do not fault the dealership on that issue. However this should have been taken care of the next day. Dealership was busy. The salesman did not show me the functions on the car or help set up the programs to me. Just showed knob shifter, radio, and AC. I asked for the tires to be balanced and rotated. The front tires were worn on the outside of tire. I was told that this normal wear and needed to take care of it on my next car service. I went to my local stand Genesis dealership and what a difference. They took the time to show me everything about the car. I recommend going to a Genesis dealership to get one on one and customer service. The local Genesis did not have to take their time to show me the features on the car or how to set the functions on the car. This is customer service. I will do business with my local Genesis. I will not do service with Universal Genesis. More
