Our decision to purchase a new car was not influenced by someone persuading us beside our own choice. We live in west palm beach and was very happy with our experience. Carlos was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, due to our purchase being a 2016 we felt maybe a little pushed into that current vehicle. After having the car for two weeks the car died due to an expired battery. Would like to pass some advice along and say the vehicle should be checked before selling, so this does not happen to a new customer. It is not what you expect when you purchase a new car to have to be stuck. Overall the experience was exceptional and would hope others would have the same, with a little extra care before the car takes off. Thank you for the quality customer service. More
