Before buying look at EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING!! What does Bumper to Bumper really mean at Universal Hyundai?? I purchased a car 2 days ago. I looked at the outside car. Everything looked great! Yes What does Bumper to Bumper really mean at Universal Hyundai?? I purchased a car 2 days ago. I looked at the outside car. Everything looked great! Yesterday, I noticed that the fog lamp cover on the passenger side was loose. I returned to the dealership to have the cover adjusted. They did with no problem with the exception that it was done Half xxx. Excuse my French! The cover was not flush and there was still gaps. To top it off, there was a bolt missing on the front tire by that fog lamp cover. I asked to speak with the General Manager Daniel Toomey. He spoke with his managers and helped me with this situation. Thanks to Adam Rivak in Sales he is great. Joel Sales Manager Daniel in service And General Manager Daniel Toomey for all your help. More

Great experience at Universal Hyundai! My Salesperson was John Booth. My wife and I immediately realized that we were dealing with one of the best Salesman available. He shared with us a portfolio of his credentials and accomplishments, which we were VERY impressed with. He had a good sense of humor and answered all of our questions. We came in to look for a car for our daughter and I didn't really have the intention of buying or leasing a new car, but we drove off with a new car for me, and I am extremely happy with it! We both felt that we got an excellent deal, and I would most definitely recommend Universal Hyundai and John Booth to my friends and in the future. I also buy or lease a new car every 2-3 years, and I plan on going back to Universal when my current lease is expired. More
