After we signed the final document, and the vehicle, an VW Atlas 2019 was taken in for detailing, my wife pointed out a Visible Scratch on the Passenger side Mid door, and this after both my wife and I had previously taken a very close look, to carefully see that the Body would be CLEAN and Free from Scratches, When notified to the Salesperson, she simply refused our claim and stated that the vehicle was sold As is, but that is Not the case with us. We assured that it wasn't there, and then I was told I would geta Gift card (?) to use it for the Repair at Your Shop, but after 14 days already, I have Not received such Gift Card and Not informed or directed as to how or when to bring my vehicle to get this taken care of. I believe that this Not how Universal Hyundai do business or treat a customer who had previously purchased a vehicle there. So, I do ask of you to contact me via Call, Text or Email to let me know how soon I can bring my Atlas and have your shop take care of what is due. While there I will ask for them to take a close look at the Front end to determine where the shaking and vibration that is felt on and off while driving through local (well paved) roads' Other than this, and been quite thirsty for gas, she seems to be very well behaved while driving on an uninterrupted road. Is quite comfortable and Spacious, which is what I was looking for and one I could afford to pay cash; As I did. I look forward to you reply with a Positive Response to my minor complaint. Having this taken care off, I would not hesitate to let everyone know of your caring service and how you make sure your customers are well taken care of, This will lead me to recommend you to all of my Friends and Family.
