Hello The thought of buying my first car was very nerve wreaking I had no idea what I was doing. I walked into Universal Hyundai my friend recommended I go. The greeter step me up with John Booth we sat down and went over the type of car I was looking for the year new used budget, and even if I had a color preference. John listened to my needs and was able to find me a car that fit those needs. He made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease doing this process. I ended up buy a 2016 Hyundai Accent and I couldn't be more in love with my car than I am. I'm truly thankful John was able to help me that day. More

John Booth was my sales consultant and was very friendly and helpful. Eric Matos was great in assisting me in getting the best deal. Before I knew it, I was driving home in my new car!
