Amazing experience and service. I spent a whole month visiting car dealers in search for a specific veicle. They where all the same of course, same model and make. But I was never confident enough to actually make the comitment and purchase the veicle. I went to Universal Hyundai and the search stopped there. I was greeted by Raul Martinez and a lovely, friendly smile that made me feel at home. As a young woman I needed to feel like I wasn't taken advantage of in the deal making and the sale. Raul gave me confidence and made me feel like he was not trying to sell me a car but more so assisting me in making a good decision and one that I felt good about. He introduced me to his leader Charlie Wilson I felt was genuinely glad to meet me, that feeling was good for a change. I bought the veicle at Universal Hyundai because of the amazing service and the friendly yet professional atmosfire. It was a excellent experience and I recommend this dealer to everyone. More
