He never left us feeling stranded and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. He was very knowledgeable of the different cars and explained everything well. When it came down to making the best deal we could, he was patient and while presenting us with options, he never tried to get overly aggressive with us. He introduced us to Jacob, who was also very pleasant and attentive to our situation. We got a fair deal for our trade and Anthony guided us through the entire process. Amine in finance, was also pleasant and worked efficiently to finish our car buying experience. I will recommend Universal Hyundai to anyone who is looking for a car. More

Super happy I went to do a test drive, just a comparison to be sure that I really wanted another maker that I was about to buy. Most especially because he cares about you as a person and your specific situation and you never feel like he is just trying to sell you a car for a comission. The time he spends with you is never rushed and he is never pushy. He truly listens to what you say and what you are asking for. I also have always appreciated that John never tries to upsell me or push me into a car that is not good for me or my budget. He has gone over and above to help make deals happen that are in MY best interest. I have always hated car dealerships/dealers and had anxiety over car shopping, but John Booth made it painless and lessened my anxiety.
