Great My husband and I went in looking to trade in our old car which still had a balance on it. WARNING:Prepare to be impressed I have visited over 12 new car showrooms in the last 2 weeks, just to see what new 2015 models were available. I met these STRANGE, NICE, FRIENDLY peo I have visited over 12 new car showrooms in the last 2 weeks, just to see what new 2015 models were available. I met these STRANGE, NICE, FRIENDLY people. They worked there, Anyway, Carlos was assigned to me and it was a great experience, If I do decide on a new Hyundai, I will buy at Universal. After going to 12 new car showrooms, the best I got was a list of 12 different horror stories. If you want to skip meeting unqualified salespersons, and you want a new Hyundai, Save your time and money and go see Carlos, I will! More
