Streamline the paperwork! People were terrific but the paperwork process needs to be improved. I was there 4 hours, and even when I went back to sign everything I had to wait People were terrific but the paperwork process needs to be improved. I was there 4 hours, and even when I went back to sign everything I had to wait for everything to be printed and at one point for the manager to find a form. I thought I was getting a $250 loyalty rebate, but either I misunderstood the paper with the offer or the finance guy missed it. I'm sure that paper is long gone so there's no written proof, especially since I wasn't allowed to get a copy or take a picture of it! Overall more positives than negatives, and I will go back and recommend you to others. I visited the Nissan side first and feel you should spruce up the Hyundai showroom and provide more comfortable seating, especially if you require people to wait several hours to complete the paperwork. More
