Out of a Kia into a Hyundai I went into the dealership thinking there is no way I would get out of a Kia that was sold to me a couple of years prior. It was overpriced and ruined my credit due to the high and painful monthly payments. But my experience at Universal Hyundai was completely different than my experience with Kia. I was taken care off by Patrick as soon as I walked in. Oh boy! did he make a difficult process so easy and smooth! He helped me all the way through, from getting me out of that Kia nightmare and into a Hyundai dream! I would highly recommend this dealership and Patrick to anyone that needs a new car! You'd be crazy to go anywhere else! More

Now the experience that I received at Universal Hyundai by far was the best I have ever had. Joel Rivas was amazing and treated us how everyone should treat a buying customer, like VIP. He walked us around the Dealer and showed us the Café that they have and the nail salon but what made tjis place stand out for me was the level of attention he gave us. We had our little ones here while we were buying and he catered to them just as much as us. Joel Rivas was amazing and definitely sending everyone that I know to him and only him.
