Went in to look at new cars and to test drive the Sonata and the Genesis. The salesman did not know much about either car and I later found out that much of the info he told me about the Genesis was untrue and the Genesis. When I asked for pricing they quoted full list and would not give me a written quote. I explained that this would be a company car (I work for a Fortune 400 compabny in the area)and I was a serious buyer and would need the car soon. They acted as if I was wasting their time. There was no follow up after my visit. Luckily, there is an excellent dealer in St. Augustine with excellent sales people and follow up. I am buying my 2012 Genesis there. If this is how they handle a serious buyer, imagine how they treat you after the sale! I would not do business with this dealership. More

I went to the dealership to look at the Tuscon. During the test drive, Abi realized that even though I wanted a small SUV, I was not comfortable driving it. He then suggested I try the Sonata. Instead he took the time to find me the car that was right for me. Great Job! I even got a great a offer on my trade in. This is the second car that I bought from Universal (my husband's Accent is still going strong!). The funny thing is, I ended up at Universal because the salesperson at City Kia did not show much interest in helping me! Proud new owner of the 2012 Hyundai Sonata! More
