The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Even on a busy Saturday afternoon a number of staff took the time to greet us and make themselves available. Richard Harris is the Internet Sales Manager. I contacted several dealerships on Monday morning regarding a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited. He was the first to respond. He had two in stock, and was contacted several dealerships on Monday morning regarding a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited. He was the first to respond. He had two in stock, and was great in explaining the cars he had. I came to the dealership a few hours later. Richard gave us the most in-depth review of the car, and let us test drive the car. After we made a deal, he helped us set everything up - including syncing our iPhones to the Bluetooth, and gave us a full overview of everything the car had to offer. I would do business with Universal Hyundai (and especially Richard) any day. The entire process was much better than any previous car purchase I have had. More

I found a nice 2008 Toyota Corolla on cars.com with a great price, I went to Universal Hyundai and someone else was there trying to buy it. At first I did not beleive them until I saw the customer, she b great price, I went to Universal Hyundai and someone else was there trying to buy it. At first I did not beleive them until I saw the customer, she bought the car and I was offered to look at a 2009 Certified Hyundai Sonata. Our Sales Representative Tito Mella was great. He went beyond his scope of duties by following us to our home to pick up a form we had forget for the loan as well as a set of keys.
