I choose Universal becaause I bought my previous car there a 2005 XG350. I actually went there about a month ago and that time I was not able to purchase a vehicle. Very difficult to schedule a vehicle service appointment. The best I could find on line was 7 days and when I call, it has been 10-14 days. It's much easier to get a Dr. appointment.
