I was very pleased and appriciative with the way my wife and I were treated at Universal Hyundai. We came in after looking at the dealership's internet specials. Our sales representative, John Booth, was and I were treated at Universal Hyundai. We came in after looking at the dealership's internet specials. Our sales representative, John Booth, was very attentive and was not at all pushy. He helped with the selection of the car, registering it with Hyundai, and explaining all of the features on the car. The finance manager was very friendly and very thurough explaining all of the possible financial options available to us. We added the extended warrenty to Bumper to Bumper coverage. I was so pleased with the purchase of my wife's Sonata, I returned the next day and purchased a SantaFe. Everyone at the dealership was polite, courtious, and appreciative for our business. This dealership and its employees are a breath of fresh air compaired to the pushy and take it or leave it dealerships in the area. This dealership has found customers for life with this family. More

I was scared at first to go to a big dealership, but John Booth helped me out. I was able to buy a 2010 Nissan Altima and get a good price for the warranty on the car. I met Mr. Almonte in the mall I work. He told me he works for a dealership and at that time I was having problems with my old car so he gave me his business card and set up and appointment to go and see him. for a dealership and at that time I was having problems with my old car so he gave me his business card and set up and appointment to go and see him.
