When we walked in, we were quickly greated by John Booth and told him that we were simply looking to browse and determine what we wanted. With other dealers, that's typically were the conversation would change and we would be ignored- but not with John. John took us out to the lot, browsing multiple cars and even taking a few models for a ride- answering all our questions and never once acting as if we were wasting his time. When we returned later that month, we were ready to buy. Once again John, was quick to greet us and set us up with the perfect car at a great price. I've sent multiple friends back to Universal Hyundai and specifically John Booth. He is truly one of the good guys. More

I have never been a fan of dealerships...until I dealt with Universal Hyundai and my salesman John Booth! I had a great experience purchasing my new car, John made an experience that is normally very str with Universal Hyundai and my salesman John Booth! I had a great experience purchasing my new car, John made an experience that is normally very stressful Into a day that was fun and stress free. Also super helpful was the "class" John had with me in my car before I left. He helped me set up the bluetooth and learn how to use all the features of the car. He never made me feel stupid or rushed, he was incredibly patient. I would UBER recommend this dealership and saleaman ro anyone looking for a car!!!! Universal Hyundai treats customers like people, not numbers. They care and it shows. I will definitely return here when its time to trade my car!! More

I went in to buy a new car at 9 am. All the salesmen and managers were meeting in a big room at the time. A salesman and manager that I previously spoke with walked out of the meeting immediately. They listened to the type of car I wanted. The salesman took me out to look at the colors. He was very kind. The manager gave me the best price he could when comparing other dealers. He even went online to show me a comparison. I was out of the dealership by 12:30 with a new car. The salesman drove my new car home and I drove my used car. The salesman was excellent and showed me everything on the car. He even set up the bluetooth. I am very happy. I am generally very nervous and reluctant to deal with salesman. I trusted him and he did not let me down. I will recommend to all my RN friends. Thank you Carlos. More
Took 2010 Accent with damaged tire/rim, covered under warranty in for repairs. They also own the neighboring Nissan dealership. A pushy salesman tried to sell us on the idea that buying an older model warranty in for repairs. They also own the neighboring Nissan dealership. A pushy salesman tried to sell us on the idea that buying an older model Nissan would be better than replacing the tire/rim. Took 2 hours to get keys back, and by the time got the keys the service bay had closed. Would not provide loaner or any assistance with getting repairs done. Asked to speak to manager, who said that it was appropriate for his salesman to try to get people to buy another car rather than get the old one fixed. But really? Let's trade a 2010 with bumper to bumper and road hazard warranty for 100K miles in on an older model Nissan with higher miles on it and much less warranty? It was a 20 year old female taking the car in for repairs, and obviously they thought they had a sucker on the line. BUYER BEWARE. More

My wife and I visited Universal Hyundai in hopes of purchasing a car on their lot we saw online. Upon entrance to the dealership, the first order of business was to check out our car (which we were thi purchasing a car on their lot we saw online. Upon entrance to the dealership, the first order of business was to check out our car (which we were thinking about trading in) before allowing us to look at the car we came to see. The dealer incessantly asked if we would be interested in another car which we repeatedly responded to with a 'No, please just show us the car we've come here to see' After 40+ minutes of waiting and being dragged around the lot, we find out the car was not even there. It had been sold earlier that day. This after being reassured that the car was still on the lot. This dealership showed absolute lack of consideration for our time and effort. Complete unprofessionalism. I will NEVER go here again. More
