He made sure I had a rental car for the time my car was being repaired. I have to say Paul is the perfect person to deal with customers, you have an amazing employee and hope he is rewarded for his outstanding customer service. Only down side, window residue and carpet issue was not fixed. I did call regarding the window and Paul offered for me to bring back at a later time to see if their detail person could get the residue off. I did not notice carpet still coming up until I got home. More
