Been coming to Paul for years now from when they were located in the city of Duarte to now Sherman Oaks and me living in the city of Downey. Although the dealership/service center was an hour and a half drive from the city I reside in the drive was absolutely worth it, as althoygh the dealership/service center was small and quaint in size the ou half drive from the city I reside in the drive was absolutely worth it, as althoygh the dealership/service center was small and quaint in size the outside grounds were impeccably clean same as the inside was, as was the reception/waiting area clean and quaint with its large flat screen tv and tea and coffee offerings while you [I] waited for my service to be completed. As was the dealership receptionist - whose name escapes me at the moment, pleasantly welcoming, and Armen (and Mr. Paul - even when he approached me to step outside of the Service bay for safety & insurance reasons) both equally nice and professional in their speakings to and interactions with me, as were they both equally knowledgeable in their answers to the several questions I had posed to each regarding some features etc al on/pertaining to my vehicle. And although I am from and purchased my car in Florida, for the interim time that I am in California, I will continue to make the long drive to this particular dealership/service center from wherever I am (city-wise) in California for all my car needs and/or concerns! 👍👌 More
