I have had my car serviced with Universal Mitsubishi since 2016 at the Glendale location. Arman has always been the most efficient & helpful service advisor, making sure that my car is checked and maint since 2016 at the Glendale location. Arman has always been the most efficient & helpful service advisor, making sure that my car is checked and maintenanced properly. Any time my car has had a problem, he gives me a clear diagnosis without saying, "it could be this or that." The prices for service are very fair (to say the least). Friendly staff. They don’t add things or tell you, you need this or that extra done to your car. They only do what you come in for and you you truly need something else done they recommend it.
