After having a very bad experience with another Nissan dealer I walked thru the doors of Universal Nissan in 2019 and met Keith. He was very attentive and easy going from the start although I was hesitant dealer I walked thru the doors of Universal Nissan in 2019 and met Keith. He was very attentive and easy going from the start although I was hesitant from the bad experience. He made me feel very comfortable and made sure my daughter didn't leave the lot without fully knowing every feature of the car she was taking and she has loved it ever since. He really made us have such a good experience the first time which is why we returned again today to purchase another car for my other daughter and once again Keith was more than ready to help us and as always he went out of his way to make sure she got the car she wanted as well as going out of his way to make us feel like we were not just buying a car.
