I have been a customer for over 30 years - back when it was Kissimmee Nissan. Have bought 12 new cars from this dealership over the years and have had them serviced there as well. After my last service v was Kissimmee Nissan. Have bought 12 new cars from this dealership over the years and have had them serviced there as well. After my last service visit on 5/1/21 I will never set foot back in the dealership. First of all - couldn't get a standard oil change - had to get synthetic - Nissan requirement, which it isn't - it is suggested, and it even gives the regular oil weight that can be used. Funny thing is, that while I was in GA for a couple of years, the Nissan dealership up there did not force me into a synthetic oil changes... they were all conventional. The service department performed the usual vehicle inspection, including checking my brake pads, and said that my brakes were fine, 7mm and 8mm. Shortly after oil change I noticed that my brakes were noisy, and that it became more of a rubbing noise. Went to a tire place, to get my brakes checked 3 weeks after the oil change, and my rear brakes and rotors needed replacing. My so called good brakes were rubbing metal on metal. I would always recommend Universal Nissan for sales and/or service because they used to be the best. No longer. Mr. Nero, you have lost a long time customer! More
