I stopped at Universal Nissan on January 21st, 2021 to trade in my car, was warmly greeted by the front desk ladies. Erick was my sales rep and he was very nice and very, very funny. He helped me reach a trade in my car, was warmly greeted by the front desk ladies. Erick was my sales rep and he was very nice and very, very funny. He helped me reach a reasonable payment on my new car and made the overall experience very enjoyable and laid back which is a huge difference in comparison to usual car shopping experiences. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has the pleasure of stopping by this dealership. Side note, the manager Juan was also extremely nice and very professional. Definitely coming here again for any future shopping! More
