Don't waist your valuable time. I scheduled an appointment a concern that something was loose and making noise underneath the trunk area of my 2016 Nissan Quest.I was told that I hav I scheduled an appointment a concern that something was loose and making noise underneath the trunk area of my 2016 Nissan Quest.I was told that I have to pay for diagnose charges of $49,after 3 hours wait I was told the issue was fixed charged $49.90. Nothing has been fixed in my vehicle, the noise is still there.I don't think the technician even understood the issue and tried to fix it. I am very disappointed for wasting my time and money. More

Horrible experience. Once you purchase, they forget about you. My temporary license plate is expired more than a week ago. I never received the new one. I went to the dealership, nobody was able to help me. At the DMV I can't request a new one because there is already one in the system. Universal dealership must be closed because there are only incompetent people working there. More
