Don't bother them! DON'T BOTHER THEM! I called today because I am having issues with the power adaptor in my 2014 Nissan Cube not working correctly. The young lady that DON'T BOTHER THEM! I called today because I am having issues with the power adaptor in my 2014 Nissan Cube not working correctly. The young lady that answered the repair shop phone, acted as though I was bothering her. I told her my issue and at first she acted like they couldn't help. She placed me on hold to check. She came back and then perproceeded to go through their schedule for services. I notified her that I was going out of state for the rest of the week and would like to drop off my car before I left and that they could keep it for the next 5 days to look over and fix. The young lady notified me that they had no open service times and couldn't help me. I reminded her that they could keep it for 5 days and look over it when they had time. The Nissan lady notified me that they had to a diagnostic first and they had NO open appointments for diagnostics and that it had to be diagnosed first. I notified her that I couldn't be without my car any other time. They still couldn't help me! Well, I hope I never need an emergency repair! How does anyone ever stop by to get repairs done? I plan on trading in my Nissan Cube this year for a new Nissan, I know I won't be going to Universal Nissan to get a new Nissan, since they don't support repairs for Nissans! More

Pleasant experience with everyone Everyone was very professional and attentive to my needs. It made the experience a lot easier to get pre-approved with CFE Credit Union in advance. Everyone was very professional and attentive to my needs. It made the experience a lot easier to get pre-approved with CFE Credit Union in advance. They have a partnership with Universal Nissan and referred me to check options for my new car. I wish I visited Universal Nissan first, but since I had purchased my 2004 Pathfinder and, my husband had purchased his 2009 Versa at Reed, I went there first as a loyalty. What a disappointment and difference in treatment! I believe the sales representative and management were either desperate for a big sale or just didn't care. They probably saw a 4.11 ft middle aged woman come in alone at the end of the month/year and thought...ca$$hing! Even after I informed him I was pre-approved for a 3.1% APR through CFE, he insisted in checking my credit again, stating I would lose rebates if not financing through them. He came back saying that due to my credit score, 610, I was approved for a 9% APR and that they would offer $250 for my car! I was shocked and asked him to explain how my credit score dropped from 765 to 610 in three hours, since I was pre-approved! I just laughed and thanked him for his time. Unbelievably he had the nerve to call me the next day to ask if I had decided anything. After doing some homework about my trade-in value and browsing Universal Nissan's website for a new Rogue, the first contact by email and phone to discuss some questions about the options was pleasant. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable, encouraging me to make an appointment to visit the dealership to discuss the special End of the Year Deals. He followed through nicely, not pushy. At the dealership everyone was pleasant. Both the sales representatives, Sarfaraz Ahmed and William Sanchez were very nice and professional, taking the time to answer my questions and work with me, as well as to teach me about the car features and all those buttons. (I upgraded from a Pathfinder 2004, so there are a lot more buttons...lol) Bill Steinlauf, the finance Manager, was also very pleasant. Overall it was a great experience as everyone I dealt with was nice and patient, especially since it was New Year's Eve and we were all trying to go home to our celebrations. I will definitely recommend this dealership and its representatives to my friends and family. More
