Customer Service I live in Kissimmee on the border of Osceola and Orange County. My first experience with Universal Nissan was not a good one. I had a wire that was ha I live in Kissimmee on the border of Osceola and Orange County. My first experience with Universal Nissan was not a good one. I had a wire that was hanging which could have been sodered. The rep went and discussed this with someone of which he came back stating that the entire housing needed to be replaced. They quoted me a minimum price of $250 which did not include the labor. I went to my mechanic of which he sodered for $20. My latest issue with them was they wouldn't change the oil in my car because I didn't have an appointment. This was about noontime. I went to Reed Nissan on West Colonial that took me right in as they usually do. I will never recommend anyone to go there and neither will I ever go there again!!!! More

Terrible customer service I brought my car because the A/C wasn't working, they repaired it under warranty, I paid a $100.00 deductible and when I went to pickup my car they co I brought my car because the A/C wasn't working, they repaired it under warranty, I paid a $100.00 deductible and when I went to pickup my car they couldn't find my keys or paperwork for 45 minutes. I called you complain and nobody called me back. 2 weeks later my A/C isn't working again, when I called twice, both times they couldn't find me in the system because they had the wrong phone number in the system. Now they are trying to make me pay another $100.00 when they didn't properly fix or check the A/C components in the first place. More

Two oil changes = 5 hours!! My first oil change and tire rotation took three hours, the next oil change and no tire rotation took two hours. In over fifty years of driving and oil changes I have never experienced anything like this lack of organization. I of course stopped at the service desk several times and was told they were busy. BUT, my appointment did little to speed the oil changes. At both times there were many other customers upset, frustrated and waiting too. I will be taking my 2015 Murano Platinum elsewhere. More
