AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! I went into Universal Nissan at about 8 p.m. . They closed at 9 so I didn't have much hope on accomplishing too much, but figured I could at least lo I went into Universal Nissan at about 8 p.m. . They closed at 9 so I didn't have much hope on accomplishing too much, but figured I could at least look into what I wanted. I was greeted very promptly and my sales rep was Tommy Hung... he asked me what I was looking for and hoping to accomplish and I told him flat out I had been car shopping all day and I was exhausted but I had bought my Hyundai last year from Universal Hyundai (same dealer) and had a good experience so I figured I'd give the Nissan side a chance... I told him point blank what I was looking to accomplish by trading in my Hyundai in hopes to get a better interest rate and a brand new car this time. I also told him I didn't have hours to waste and I hate the back and forth when it comes to sales I want to know what's the BEST you can do because I don't want to waste your time or mine with unrealistic haggling... this is where I need to be ...can you get me there? He took me out and showed me some brand new Nissans and we went for a test drive I fell in love with the Altima. He got me an AMAZING deal on the 2017 Altima that I couldn't refuse and managed to get everything where it needed to be for financing. So needless to say in about a little over an hour I came in traded my car and drove away with a brand new Nissan Altima. It was an amazing experience! Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction was remarkable!! I highly recommend anyone to go deal with this dealership it's my second time and I will definitely be back next time.
