Alexis Mangual Sales Associate I went with my daughter to buy a car for her and we had the pleasure of being helped by Alexis Mangual. I had never felt so comfortable in a dealers I went with my daughter to buy a car for her and we had the pleasure of being helped by Alexis Mangual. I had never felt so comfortable in a dealership. He was great with both of my daughter's, very pleasant. I never felt pressured.. We got there around 5 pm and do to some unexpected issues we almost left, but Alex never gave up. He kept on trying until he was able to get us a great deal. The doors closed at 8 and we were still there. 9 pm came and he still took his time and showed my daughter everything about the car. We never felt like we had to hurry up and go. The experience was so wonderful that I would recommend Alex and Universal nissan anytime. GREAT SERVICE!!!!! More
