Worst customer service with terrible business practices. I put a $1500 deposit down for a vehicle on a Friday evening. Saturday morning at 9:30am one of the sales associates sent me a txt message with a pho I put a $1500 deposit down for a vehicle on a Friday evening. Saturday morning at 9:30am one of the sales associates sent me a txt message with a photo displaying a "SOLD" sign hanging in the window and told me they were taking it off the lot. I was sent the financing application and I disclosed that I had to unfreeze my credit from all 3 agencies (their request for all three). I was running my small business in-between trying to fill out the credit application as it was a busy Saturday morning. I was contacted by two separate sales agents and the manager all morning asking for the app. and I stayed in direct communication with them until I sent in the application. They processed the hard pull on my credit which brought the rating down significantly. After around 2.5 hours since the initial txt with the “Sold” sign picture, the manager called and told me the truck was no longer available and that it had been sold. Their reasoning was that they were “unsure” I was going to accept the terms however, they never disclosed what they would be nor gave me the opportunity to accept or deny. They do Not deserve the NISSAN name. After all of this emotional strife, one of the sales guys had to nerve to txt me and ask if there was another vehicle he could help me with!! Such audacity!! I replied “NOT A CHANCE! I went to Sutherlin Nissan in Vero Beach and financed a brand new 2023 Frontier instead! More
