I had two car dealer experiences over the weekend. Our Toyota experience was not a good one, but our Nissan experience was excellent. From the moment Erick stepped up as our sales person we felt com Our Toyota experience was not a good one, but our Nissan experience was excellent. From the moment Erick stepped up as our sales person we felt comfortable with him. He knew everything about the car we were looking at and wasn't being a "pitchy car salesman". You could tell he likes his job. Which was not our experience at the Toyota dealer. Erick kept checking our pulse through our test drive experience by asking us questions about how we were liking the car. Versus trying to get "sell us" by talking us into things we didn't want or like. He also was the one we negotiated with, he never brought in a "finance guy" or went to talk to his general manager about our negotiations. He was honest, genuine and I never felt like I was being 'sold' or lied to. He took good care of us while we waited, shared some funny stories and helped us pass the time while we waited for our car. I would highly recommend Erick if you're looking for a comfortable car buying experience. He has attention to detail. He seems to really like his job. He has good energy. He appears to want to do everything in his power to give excellent customer service, before, during and after your car buying experience. He offered his cell number if we need anything or have questions after we got home. He even programed our phones and garage door opener for us. Thanks Erick! We love our new car!!! More
