Very difficult to deal with! Would not recommend. However, I love my Kona, great little SUV! Upon lease end I went to buy out my lease, check in hand. I was ignored and endured a lengthy pressure sale to swap in for new car. Then my credit was pulled without my permission. I had surgery 2 days prior and simply wanted to give my check and get home! They kept me for 2 hrs, and due to their pulling my credit my score dropped 3 pts as I’m in the middle of refinancing my home mortgage! I’m furious with this dealership. More

Erik worked diligently to get me a car when a couple of times a car was sold underneath us during a time cars are in short supply and in demand. He and the dealership went as far as calling Miami and Ft La times a car was sold underneath us during a time cars are in short supply and in demand.
