My car was hit by another driver while I was at work, luckily we both had the same insurance so we got it all squared away. I made appointment to get the damaged fixed. However, my car finally gave out on me days before my appointment. The staff were very attentive and understanding when I made the appointment as well as when I cancelled it. It was even more of a great experience when I recieved a check in the mail for the parts that they had already ordered for my car, but I because I no longer owned that car they automatically forward that money to the owner of the car! All in all happy with the customer care even though I didn’t get my car serviced.
