Rogers gmc of hermiston Oregon is an amazing place to buy a vehicle and the salesman are excellent to work with. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from these guys. They are a class act and treat customers great. They did an awesome job for me and I drove off in the pickup I wanted to buy. The salesman Gus fudge is my favorite salesman and he did an amazing job. I will buy my bext vehicle from them also. No games just straight up people who earned my respect and my business. Thanks rogers gmc for running a class act dealership.

Raymond and the UAC staff were very friendly and patient while my husband and I were looking for a new car. Raymond took a look at the list of what I wanted in a car and, unlike all the other dealerships in Ellensburg, did not waste my time by showing me anything over my budget or that didn't match my criteria. I was looking for a car to replace one that was totaled in an accident, so since I currently had no car, Raymond drove the vehicle I wanted to test to my house and let me take it out for a drive with no pressure to buy. When my husband and I found our dream car at UAC, Raymond and Holly made the buying process extremely easy, and we did not feel rushed to sign any documents without thoroughly reading everything. In short, the friendly staff here was great at working with our needs and allowing us to purchase what we needed without pressuring us to purchase additional services that were not needed. This is the best dealership in Ellensburg, hands-down!

It would be a zero if I could. Worst service ever emaginable. I have had my car in to their shop 7 times is the last 2 years all for the same problem. Sometimes I’m told they fixed it others I’m told nothing is wrong. I have been stranded 5 times and had my vehicle towed to their shop as required by them and GMC corporate. Well, they got tired of me coming so much, and and not being able to fix the problem, they told me they would no longer service me vehicle and I am not allowed back! Poor Communication, Wasted My Time and a Day of Work - Matt Sinnes

First off I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this place as we had a great experience. The Service Department, on the other hand, was awful. About 2 weeks ago I took my truck to get the tires rotated at Les Schwaab. The manager came to me and said they could not get the wheel off because the lug nuts were so tight and suggested I bring it back to the dealer. I call the Service department, let them know the situation and made an appointment. When I got there they said they would have to order me another rim because the other one is stuck on there and they would have to ruin it to get it off. All in all so far not a big deal everyone makes mistakes. They said they would order the new rim and call me when it came in. I got a call the very next day asking to come back down to the dealership because they messed up and needed to get more information on the rim. No apology or anything for me having to take time out of my day to go down there. I get down there and wait an hour. They come out and said the wheel should be here in 3-4 days we will call you. Six days go by and I have not heard a word from these people. When I called I talked to a very nice young man who said he was sorry nobody called me and that the rim came in the day before but they were booked that day and could not get me in until Tuesday. I asked how long it should take when I was there he said no longer than a couple of hours. When I came in for the appointment I got to the service center at 7:45 AM for my 8 AM appointment. My truck did not get done tell 1:30 PM in the afternoon! I went up and asked the lady I was working with and all I got was a bunch of run around answers. The best answer was "well we did not have the correct weights to balance your wheels so we had to run and go get some." No apology. Not only did I waste an entire day but the communication throughout the day was horrible. I should not have had to go and ask them what was going on. I am a very forgiving person but this was a horrible experience. I did not have to pay for anything thank goodness but the communication should have been better and I should not have had to sit there for five and a half hours. They have loaner car programs for a reason. At the very least tell me to just drop it off and have me come back later in the day. I would not recommend anybody going and getting service at this dealership.
