Fixed the first time with no return visits for the same problem. I always request Jane Flesch for my service rep. She is so accommodating and helpful. I will continue to use Val Ward and Jane Flesch for service. More
He is a nice guy, but very scattered and inattentive. He told me I would be there for 1.5 hours, and instead I was there for nearly 3 hours. Further, I was forced to pay $250.00 for lug nuts I told him I didn't want. I then had to speak with the service manager who said that they'll change-out the lug-nuts and refund my card. So, in order to get my $250 back, I'd have to drive over an hour each way -- PLUS the time I'd have to be at the dealership for them to do the swap. I'm considering just disputing the charge with my credit card company. More

The service provided at Val Ward Service Dept. and Dave in particular has been way beyond my expectations, simply outstanding. In a Quarter Mile, Turn Around — And Never Set Foot in Valward Cadillac Again I don’t normally write reviews, but what I’ve experienced with Valward Cadillac has pushed me beyond my limit. I am shocked Valward Cadillac Again I don’t normally write reviews, but what I’ve experienced with Valward Cadillac has pushed me beyond my limit. I am shocked, disgusted, and appalled at how this dealership has handled my purchase and ongoing service nightmare with a 2025 Cadillac Lyriq. And I’m going to be brutally honest: this place is a disgrace to the Cadillac brand. From day one, this car has had problems — and instead of transparency, accountability, or professionalism, I’ve been fed a string of contradictions, half-truths, and frankly, what feels like outright lies. I didn’t just buy a car — I bought a promise of luxury, safety, and peace of mind. What I got instead was stress, deception, and the feeling that my intelligence has been completely disrespected. Let me walk you through the most insulting part: Last Thursday, David (the Service Advisor) calls me to say my car cannot be repaired. The strut assembly has 17 components, and only one part had arrived. He told me he contacted the manufacturer and other dealerships and no one had any idea if or when the rest of the parts would be available. He told me to come pick up the car — unfixed — until the parts could be sourced. I refused. Why? Because I’m not putting my life in danger behind the wheel of a broken car. Now here’s where it gets insulting: the very next day, I get told the car is ready. Suddenly, all the missing parts magically appear? Less than 24 hours after being told by their own service team that there was no ETA? Are you kidding me? I’m not a fool. This wasn’t a miracle. It was damage control — pure and simple. I strongly believe they took parts from another car and slapped them into mine just to make it “seem” repaired and dodge the Lemon Law process. That’s not a fix — that’s a cover-up. Even worse, Jim, the General Manager — the very person who told me to contact GM Corporate for a possible buyback — seems to have changed his story after GM got involved. Suddenly, the dealer tells them the car is fine, the parts are in, and poof! I don’t qualify for the Lemon Law anymore. Let me say this loud and clear: I feel completely misled. I feel insulted. And I feel like this dealership thinks their customers are too dumb to see through the manipulation. I’ve been forced to call the Attorney General’s office, begin the Lemon Law process, and now I’m arranging for the car to be inspected by another Cadillac dealership — because I do not trust Valward Cadillac at all. They are delivering the car to my job today, and I will not drive it until I know exactly what was done to it and whether it’s even safe. So here’s my message to the staff at Valward Cadillac: Jim – You told me to go through GM, then turned around and sabotaged the truth. Steve – Where have you been in all this? Your leadership in the service department is nonexistent. David – You told me the car wasn’t repairable, then suddenly it was. You made me feel like a fool. And to the owner of Valward Cadillac – You should be ashamed that your team treats paying customers this way. This dealership has shown me nothing but negligence, dishonesty, and arrogance. I’ve lost time, money, sleep, and any shred of confidence in the Cadillac brand because of Valward. If you’re thinking about buying a vehicle from them — don’t. If you’re thinking about servicing a car here — don’t. If you care about your safety, sanity, or your rights as a consumer — stay far away from Valward Cadillac. This isn’t just a bad dealership. It’s a dangerous one. Valward Cadillac: you’ve insulted my intelligence, disrespected me as a customer, and broken every promise that came with this vehicle. I will make sure my voice is heard — everywhere. More
