Bought a preowned Cadillac from Val Ward Cadillac. Had an issue with the air conditioner. Returned to the dealer and was given a loaner car while the repairs were made. The dealership went the extra m Had an issue with the air conditioner. Returned to the dealer and was given a loaner car while the repairs were made. The dealership went the extra mile to assure that the repairs were done correctly and completely. I appreciate that the dealership was not willing to take the cheap and easy(temporary) fix of evacuate and refill the system. They repaired the complete system! I am not easily impressed; Val Ward Cadillac has impressed me! I highly recommend them. More
