Hello Kim! We are sorry to see your note. Part delays can be incredibly frustrating for every party involved, including us here at the dealership. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience while we wait for your back-ordered part to become available. In the case of your dash piece specifically, our Parts Manager has personally called around the nation on a number of occasions searching for an OEM, in-stock item we could ship down to Florida but thus far, hasn’t been successful in locating one. We also have a special-order case open in an attempt to escalate your delivery as soon as one becomes available. As of this note, our system is indicating expected availability in early September. Rest assured; our team will contact you as soon as it has arrived. Additionally, you can always call us at 239.939.2212 or send us an email with any questions.
