Professional & Courteous Doug was professional, courteous & efficient. I had come in to look at a new XT4 and had an outstanding Recall on my CTS. Even though I didn't have Doug was professional, courteous & efficient. I had come in to look at a new XT4 and had an outstanding Recall on my CTS. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Doug had the concern corrected and the car was ready before I finished my test drive of the XT4.
