I've had my Caddy in for service twice so far. once for the DuPont ceramic coating and the second for my super-cruise. 500 miles ago I had front tires replaced and paid for an alignment. Driving home, I called Jamie and told him the steering wheel was off center. He said to remind him at the next oil change. This was that o alignment. Driving home, I called Jamie and told him the steering wheel was off center. He said to remind him at the next oil change. This was that oil change on a Saturday and Chris informed me the techs agreed it was off center but they don’t have anyone who can do alignments on the weekend (ridiculous service policy). He asked me to bring in during the week. I did so 3 days later and service manager was very rude in delivering news that you do not warranty alignments. Val Ward fired Jamie supposedly because of complaints. Well I met the nasty female service manager supervisor, my guess is he was fired because he actually stuck up for the customers. Great guy, Jamie is the best service manager I’ve met. Val Ward does not care about the customer. They want to take money from you and get you out the door. Well you lost my business for the Blackwing this fall. More

If you’re speaking of the service department. I’m just not sure why the service man told my husband the black splay marks were there because that’s where the airbag is. 2025 Cadillac Lyriq sent me notifications to service driver assist system. All cameras and safety features stopped working. Also there was intermittent static on the infotainment system. I was able t driver assist system. All cameras and safety features stopped working. Also there was intermittent static on the infotainment system. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was offered a loaner vehicle. Two days later the car programs were updated and everything is working again. First service on this vehicle and very happy with the outcome. Val Ward did a great job and service was wonderful. More
