Diagnosing modern vehicles can be tricky and time consuming, so we do charge a diagnostic fee when it comes to the initial diagnoses of an issue. Like most shops, this helps ensure the technician is compensated for their time spent identifying the source of an issue. Should an owner choose to proceed with a repair, we will always roll that initial investment towards the total cost of the repair as a thank you for doing business with us.
