I made it clear what our budget was for the Odyssey and Randall did his best to come as close as he could....which turned out to be close enough to seal the deal. He was very attentive and considerate of my time without the typical high pressure sales tactics other dealerships try to use. The negotiations were smooth, and the paperwork was quick, and I DID NOT have to wait, wait, wait, like one has to do at other dealers when purchasing a vehicle. I hate the waiting game! Also, thanks to Joe for Syncing my iPhone to the bluetooth in the Pilot. Joe was just great to work with and made this purchase so easy. I will definitely recommend him to our friends. Nate Casimir took the time to drive us to their inventory lot to show us the different Honda Accords and the colors they came in. We fell in love with the Champagne one. Nate was very pleasant to work with. The negotiation process was very fair and the trade-in went relatively smoothly. The entire buyer experience wasn't pushy. They just let us know what after-market options were available. We ended up selecting just the door guards. After the purchase was made, Nate took the time to show us how to work all the major options on the Accord and how to program our phones to blue-tooth so that both our phones can be answered in the car. He was very patient and we appreciated that. We felt the entire purchase went smoothly and would definitely work with Nate again and would recommend him to our friends. More

When I finally made my appointment she asked me what I HAD to have in a vehicle, and what extras I wanted to splurge on. A variety of choices were there waiting for me to consider and test drive when I arrived. I have suggested to my son that he visit Cheryl and see if this dealer has a used car on the lot that he likes. More
