To the dealership itself - clean, modern, and comfortable, to the employees which were terrific in every way, to the automobiles and deals which were offered – Valley Honda has truly mastered the car buying experience for consumers. I worked with Katy Meyer, and she helped me to find a car I truly LOVED. She was very nice and knowledgeable, and certainly not pushy. Katy could answer ANY question I threw at her and the best part about working with her was that I felt comfortable and there was no pressure. I let Katy know what I was ideally looking for and what I would ideally like to pay – and together with the mangers, Tommy & Frank, we were able to come to a dream deal. Everyone was very supportive and helpful in adding to my full customer experience. I added some upgrades to my vehicle and they worked around my schedule to find the best fit for delivery. My car itself, a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L with navigation, is an 11 out of 10 – and that’s an understatement! I truthfully LOVE it! Great Experience I decided back in June that I wanted to purchase a Honda Accord, but I waited until the 2015 model was available. I picked it up last Saturday and I absolutely love love the car! Bill was very helpful walking me through all of the features on the car and took his time explaining them. The car buying process was painless and Bill was easy to work with. Bill took me on a tour of the dealership and I was completely impressed on how clean and efficient this dealership is. The whole experience working with other people on the paperwork process was also easy. Jonathan brings me to the Honda side! After 25 years as a diehard Toyota fan (2 Corollas and 2 RAV4's), my wife insisted that I give Valley Honda a chance. My RAV4 lease had expired, and s After 25 years as a diehard Toyota fan (2 Corollas and 2 RAV4's), my wife insisted that I give Valley Honda a chance. My RAV4 lease had expired, and she had recently leased an Accord from Jonathan. She was so impressed with Jonathan, Valley Honda, and her new Accord, that she convinced me consider them. I did some research on the CRV, just to be open minded, but I truly believed that I could not be persuaded to leave Toyota, although the fact that the CRV had tremendous reviews in 2014 made me reconsider my position. When I walked into Valley Honda, Jonathan just happened to be there and he immediately and enthusiastically greeted my wife. This gesture, and the overall atmosphere of the place, impressed me immediately. I felt welcomed, appreciated and valued. After a few minutes with Jonathan, it was obvious that he loved what he was doing and that he had a great team to back him up. This was particularly impressive since we walked in the door about an hour before closing time, when I would expect much less energy and enthusiasm. He had lined up some CRV options for us very quickly and I was test driving one within minutes. I loved the CRV right from the start, and his knowledge of the line and options was invaluable in helping us decide which way to go. I realized that I had completely forgotten about my RAV4 at some point. While we were touring the facility, Jonathan talked about the history of the dealership and how lucky he felt to be a part of this team. It was obvious that Valley Honda has a great system in place to provide a great experience to their customers. My wife mentioned that he had called her recently to wish her a happy birthday. Since he had already sold her a car and had no idea that I was in the market, I was very impressed. Jonathan stayed with us well past closing time and crafted a tremendous deal on a 2014 CRV, fully loaded. Since it was so late, I decided to come back the following night to pick it up. Jonathan walked me through setting up the car with the same energy and enthusiasm he had the night before. This impressed me since he already had my business. Obviously, this is the standard for Valley Honda. I came back a few days later to have options installed, and I was treated exactly the same way by the service team. Seriously, I felt like I was in a Honda commercial and kept expecting to see cameras! This is what car dealerships want you to believe about them. Then told me if I purchase their protection plan, they give me the 6% rate. after 1 year, I wanna cancel the protection plan, gave me a 12% loan rate. Neither of us had shopped for a car in about 14 years, so we weren't s My wife and I needed a new car to replace a 2001 Mazda that was falling apart. Neither of us had shopped for a car in about 14 years, so we weren't sure what to expect. We wanted to test drive a Honda, so we visited Valley Honda and were greeted by Andy Kovalsky. He showed us the cars we were interested in, took us for a test drive, and helped us understand our financing options. He was really helpful and professional and easy to work with the whole time. We still wanted to test drive another vehicle at another dealership, so we decided to go and do that. The level of service and cleanliness at Valley Honda was so great that it made the other dealership seem pretty pathetic. So naturally we made it back to Valley Honda as soon as possible to finish up the paperwork and drive away with our awesome new Honda. We decided to buy a certified pre-owned Honda Fit which was in excellent condition and had a very fair price. Once again, Andy was great to work with, answered our questions, and helped us with paperwork. Then we met with Roxann Murray to finish up the financing paperwork and she was also very kind, helpful, patient, and easy to work with. Everyone seemed really helpful and honest and just straight-forward and trustworthy and that makes all the difference. We also enjoyed the free Starbucks coffee bar in the waiting room. The waiting room, dealership, and service department were very clean. We're really happy with our car and with the purchasing experience at Valley Honda. I would highly recommend this dealership and would gladly work with Andy Kovalsky again. More
