My husband My husband and I were interested in a Honda CR-V AWD 2014 for a while. Shortly after our wedding, we decided that it was time to go for it. My husband contacted the dealer and were able to go for a quick visit. The dealer was having their Summer end sale and were super busy. A staff member was able to show us a couple of options. There was no pressure. We came home to talk more about it. Then we scheduled a test drive with Allan. He was very pleasant and welcoming from the beginning. After the test drive, we went over the numbers. Unfortunately, the deal was not something that worked in our budget. We left that day with two options to think about before committing. Again, no pressure. Shortly after, Allan emailed my husband with some pre-owned certified options that would fit our budget and fulfill our needs. We then schedule another test drive and were sold. We have the car that we wanted, a 3 yrs older, but the car that we wished for. Most importantly, is that Allan was quick and courteous at answering all of our questions and concerns. Keep in mind that most of these included a few phone calls and lots of emails. More

Before I get started, could I get a few extra stars for "Friendliness" and "Customer Service"? The current selection just doesn't seem to put do my experience justice! My recent visit with my 22 year old daughter, Emily, has prompted me to take the time to write a review of the service we received when visiting the dealership. This was not my first experience with Valley Honda and perhaps this is the precise reason we were repeat customers! (We have purchased/leased three Hondas thus far) They must have previously done something right. :-) Or maybe it is the awesome service area? Has there even been a dealership that you actually enjoyed going to for your car maintenance? If you are looking for a place to get away from it all while having your car serviced, this is the dealership for you!! Sit back in a comfy chair and use one of the loaner laptops that are there for your use while your car is being serviced. There are also other desktop computers for your use as well as loads of Macs. Yes, Macs. To me? Apple is a cult. But, that is merely my opinion and probably suited for another story! I'll just sit back, occasionally glance at the television in the background, sip my free Starbucks coffee and check my email on a laptop. Back to my review.... My daughter and I entered Valley Honda last Saturday. We were greeted by friendly "front desk" people, and shortly thereafter we were greeted by Eileen. Eileen asked if there was anything she could do to help us. I shied away from her at first, trying to play hard to get of course. I didn't want to let out that we knew exactly why were there and what Emily wanted to look at. She handed us her business card in the event we had any questions or needed any help. We started to look over the particular car Emily was interested in and before Eileen could get too far away, I asked her for assistance. Eileen was happy to help as she led us to an area where we could discuss what "we" were looking for. Emily had done her own research on cars and had her favorites that she wanted to look at. Eileen gathered all of the information necessary in order to provide Emily the very best personalized service that she could. We went over the basics. Employment, income, what she would like to spend and what she could put down on a new car. Once establishing what Emily's end goal was, Eileen had a car pulled around for Emily to view. After the initial review and before the test drive, we agreed that we should have Emily's credit run to see if this was even a goal that could be remotely reachable. As mentioned above, Emily is 22 and for the record, has never made a large financial purchase. She has worked towards a credit score and we just were not sure if she was quite there. I suggested we run the credit first, as to not break her heart after falling in love with a car only to get a negative response. Trust me. You wouldn't have wanted to ride home with her :-). Good news! The initial checking shows that Emily would likely quality (pending final approval) and we went over some numbers before getting into the car for a test drive. The test drive was just as you should imagine it to be. Eileen was very knowledgeable about the car and the brand. She was genuinely interested in learning more about Emily. This helped Emily to feel more comfortable as she had started out very nervous about the whole process. Emily felt comfortable asking questions and Eileen answered each time with knowledge and information that was very helpful. Eileen always went out of her way to explain things to Emily. Things that perhaps an older more experienced car buyer would know, but was all very new to her. Eileen always took the extra step at explaining and as a mother, this was very much appreciated! I was there to give 100% support to Emily, but feel that Eileen was on my side and eased the burden for me a little bit. The test drive was over and of course Emily wanted the car! She wanted the Civic, but not the one she test drove. She wanted the shiny one sitting in the show room with a few extra options to make it look a little sporty which made it perfect for her. Next stop: Let's talk numbers and financing! We went over some preliminary numbers and this is where Nick came in. Nick is a sales manager that I had dealt with in the past. Let's just say it was time to jump on the Nick train!! We were in for a long ride! I tried to make it clear to him that I was not interested in bantering back and forth for hours and begged him to just "keep it real" with me. Although I withheld the exact amount of out of pocket money that Emily had to work with (again, trying to be tough and play hard ball) we came up with some initial numbers. Before we could even talk more about the numbers and discuss what would be better for Emily (Lease vs. Purchase) we hit an unexpected snag. Nick worked diligently to help Emily try to make a deal. He went back and forth several times grasping at straws trying to come up with a solution to the snag. Sadly, it did not work but Nick did not want to give up. As he stood before us it was apparent to me that it was an "I'm sorry, we cannot help you at this time", and I told him it was ok, and to just let Emily know this. I could tell that Nick really wanted to help us!! Not because he is "just another salesman", but because he saw that Emily had worked hard to get where she was, had saved her own money, established a career and was ready to take this step in her life. Nick also has children and I think he had an understanding and tender side because he mentioned that he also has a daughter and it almost felt like he was telling her no. It was getting late on that Saturday afternoon and Nick wanted to try one last thing. This would require making a phone call to Honda credit on Monday and speaking with someone about the snag. I had privately asked Nick if he felt Emily had a chance and he really couldn't say either way. It was merely a last ditch effort. Emily so much liked the car, that she opted to put a small deposit on the car until a decision could be made on Monday. Emily received the call on Monday. As she describes it to me, Nick asked her, "Are you sitting down?" SCORE!!!! He went over the numbers with her and of course she called me right away. I ended up writing an email to Nick to get the numbers as I was sure Emily was elated and might not have taken down the information correctly. After a few email exchanges I called Nick to get further information, in particular information on leasing vs. purchasing and the lowest numbers he could go. Of course I'm a woman and am never satisfied so asked for something a bit better. I begged Nick for some numbers that would work within Emily's budget and that would secure a deal. We had planned on visiting him the next day to go over specifics and being a responsible consumer, I was prepared to bargain on the bottom line. (It's what you are supposed to do, right???) I made it clear to Nick what was ideal and we agreed that we would be at the dealership the next day when Emily and I both had time off. I didn't expect any further decrease in the numbers and Nick knew at this point that Emily was hooked and would have signed on the dotted line. We arrived at the dealership on Tuesday. Emily was a different person from the "I don't think it's going to happen" day to the "Let's buy a car!" day. We had an appointment to meet with Nick and Nick met us promptly to go over some paperwork. He pulled out the contract, and what do you know? I got what I wanted. Emily was very satisfied with the numbers, mama was happy, and it was time to proceed. This is where Emily begins to say "This is the very best day of my life!! As she would hold her chest, then her head, and say she was going to cry". Ahhh, happy times :) Nick led her to the delivery area where her car was waiting. On the way there we again met up with Eileen. The delivery area is awesome. It gives the customer a chance to look over the car in the comforts of being on the inside vs. outside. Granted, we did not have to deal with bad weather, but I would imagine this would be especially important during wet or cold days. When you enter the delivery area you see pictures flashing on a screen. All of the happy people pictured with their new cars. Emily was ecstatic as she had her photo taken. After soaking in that she would be driving this vehicle away and on her own, it was time to go over the paperwork. Eileen led us back into the dealership and we sat in a private area where she explained the contract, went over additional options that could be purchased but she was never pushy. She merely offered what was available to us. Eileen went over every booklet and guide that had to do with Emily's new car. She made sure Emily had a full understanding and was very easy to talk with. It was next time to meet with a representative of the business office who again verified the contract, did the final financial transactions and we were on our way in no time. Time for delivery!! Eileen walked us back out to the delivery area and Emily did a quick inspection of the vehicle (Yeah - there could have been two flat tires and I don't think she would have noticed!!!!). Eileen jumped right in explaining features of the vehicle and how to work different features. Nick again joined us to congratulate Emily once again on her purchase. Handshakes were exchanged. Ok, I lied. Hugs all around!! Yes, that is how good of an experience this was!! Emily pulled the vehicle out to go over some more features with Eileen and I eventually left her there with Eileen to go over some more things like the backup camera that is standard on this vehicle and the bluetooth capability that is so very important these days. I thought it would be a good time to make my exit and I left Emily there Eileen as Eileen further explained the vehicle. I hugged Eileen, thanked her for her help and was on my way. Mind you, this whole time I am about to burst because I'm so very excited for Emily but I tried to maintain! On my way home, Emily called me from her bluetooth. Eileen stayed with her and helped her set it up and I was the test call. So that was that. My recent experience with Valley Honda. I could have simply told you that we received exceptional customer service with kid gloves and individuals who care about their customers. But for me, a review is only as good as the story that made that review so positive. So, if you have read this review in it's entirety, you 1. have way too much time on your hands LOL and 2. need to head to Valley Honda. Tell them that this review sold you and maybe Emily can get a free oil change (LOL again). Thank you Eileen Davis for all of your attention! I felt as though Emily had another mother there to help her through this process. Not sure why she gave you a pet name! :) (Eileen-e-leen) Thank you Nick Capezio for being a pleasure to work with, deal with and yes, even joke with. Even with the minor snag, you made the whole experience painless and pleasurable. In Emily's words. "Oh my gosh, I love Eileen and Nick so much!" You both made her day and were a part of the "Best day of her life". Thank you Valley Honda for making that possible. To make a long story short: Go to Valley Honda - They rock! Sincerely, Dawn Harrington (Emily Wehrly - Proud owner of a 2014 Honda Civic Coupe LX) More

All the reviews I had read online were positive, and several co-workers of mine said they had a good experience at Valley Honda (and with Mario Morath in particular). I sent an email requesting a price quote and received the lowest quoted price on a Honda Civic over any of the other dealers I contacted. I'll admit I generally don't like working with car dealerships and salespeople, so I was able to work out most of the details over email and when I actually went in to the dealership, I was able to purchase it and be out the door in a very short amount of time. It was a good experience, and the staff is all very friendly (if a little overbearingly so), and the facility is top notch. Mario Morath was straight forward, not pushy, and easy to work with. A great guy and I highly recommend him and Valley Honda for your next car purchase. More
RANDALL ROCKSSS!! Randall is the best! He had my best interest in mind. No pressure to purchase extras I don't want or need. I had my mindset on the Honda Fit EX-L. And Randall is the best! He had my best interest in mind. No pressure to purchase extras I don't want or need. I had my mindset on the Honda Fit EX-L. And it's everything I ever could want in a car! I brought my dad along with me for moral support. He has purchased many cars through the years and he also agrees that Randall was by far the best salesman he has ever dealt with. Normally I dread the whole car buying experience, but with Randall cracking jokes and keeping it light I felt 100 times more at ease. (My dad is still waiting on his free ipad btw:)) He is ultra friendly and personable. Also I appreciated his patience, because we didn't end up finishing the process until 1 hour or so after they had closed! And even still he took the time to help me pair my phone with my car and explained every little detail from my touchscreen to every button inside the car. It was also nice that he remembered details about me and remembered everyone's name. I know it's sounds cheesy but little things like that go a long way! He definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I plan to do my future car purchases here at Valley Honda, specifically with Randall. Hopefully soon my dad will come to his senses and ditch that Prius for a REAL CAR like MINE!! Thanks again Randall! More

I am a bottom line out the door purchaser and do not like the thrill of hassle, just give me your best botton line prices. Just be honest with me, if you want my business. That is just what I received from Eileen, Brittany and Valley Honda. The over all experience was great and I hope to experience the same customer service from the service staff . I would definitely recommend Valley Honda, especially Eileen Davis and Brittany Brandon. Also worked with Jab Rahman, Sales Manager and James Kirpanos in Finance who also made the buying experience great. More
