He explained the differences in the two vehicles we chose and then explained the functions of the one we decided upon. He explained how to operate ALL of the features. He did not send us on a 3 hour journey home unprepared in knowing how to operate our vehicle! He was patient, kind, and was genuinely caring. A rare find! We had been looking since July! I travel 6 states and I really can't put into words how amazingly reliable this SUV is. Thru the snow and Ice, I have driven thru blizzards seeing many other SUV's in ditches because they are not a sure footed as this well balanced vehicle is. So it was time. Honestly I was considering buying a certified Pilot with about 50K miles on it, but the deal I got was nearly the same price I paid 10 years ago and we know what great advances have been made since then. My sales person Joe Barsalona was very helpful running several comparisons and probably spent more time on me then normal, but he showed any frustration with addressing my thoughts jumping from one scenario to another, only true professionalism. In the end, it paid off for all of us. I have my new Pilot, got the chance to speak with the owner for 15 minutes and Valley has another completely satisfied repeat customer. It simply doesn't get any better then this. And to consider it all started with a quick request for a quote Saturday evening on line, and a fast response from Joe.
