I was contacted by Mario after I had gone online. Right from the get go I informed him "I am not a stupid woman. I know what I want and when I want it." He answered all of my questions. He stuck with me as often as I changed my mind.If he did not hear from me every few days he contacted me and kept up with me to see where I was at. He never pushed as most do. He always made it a suggestion not a push. In my search for my new Honda I did of course contact other dealers. I was not impressed by the others, especially the extremely arrogant salesman at Bemis Honda in Dekalb. He made my purchase decision very easy to go through Valley Honda.
