First Car Buying Experience I was coming in to replace my old '99 which was outdated and was headed towards the end of it's journey with me which made me feel a bit saddened in t I was coming in to replace my old '99 which was outdated and was headed towards the end of it's journey with me which made me feel a bit saddened in the fact that it had become a big part of my life and I used it for just about everything. But looking for a new vehicle was easier said than done considering I am a very large man with a height of about 6'3"(maybe taller by an inch but who knows) and trying to find a vehicle that can accommodate me is a difficult find. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of working with Katy who my family had used before to buy a new CR-V before and who was knowledgeable about vehicles that could fit the bill. I was going to go for a Honda Pilot but unfortunately I found out the hard way that it was not meant to be because there was not enough room in the driver's seat to accommodate me (which shocked everyone), I then went for a vehicle that Katy had suggested which was a GMC Terrain which I liked a lot but was very skeptical of the Eco-tech 4 cylinder but luckily Katy kept me updated on new ones that arrived at the dealership. She worked with me over the course of a few days, tirelessly it seemed, to help get the version of the vehicle I wanted (which was one with a 6 cylinder) and matched the amenities of my '99. I ended up buying the car with the help of another member of her team, Brittany, who helped me through the final stages and answered any remaining questions I had (as well as help me set up the infotainment system the next day) who was very patient as well as understanding considering I am new to the whole experience. Luckily for me I worked with Katy and her team which helped me secure the car that I couldn't have hoped for and helped me with the financing so that I got a great price and was covered. I will always miss my '99 with all the fun memories and all the adventures (wish I had lived somewhere more rural so I could go off-roading more etc) but now I have something else that is more modern and efficient definitely. This dealership is exactly what other dealerships should be like where you can go in and buy a car with minimal amounts of stress (there will always be some) even if it is your first car buying experience and walk away with the car of your dreams (one of many) at a great price with everything if not almost everything you were looking for. I cannot thank Katy, Brittany, and the rest of the people at Honda who helped me throughout this whole journey and helped me start a new chapter without a whole lot of stress as well as demonstrating as much determination to help someone find the exact piece of their own puzzle that they are trying to replace. More

Honda CRV 2015 purchase I have always heard that it’s hard to have a “good” experience when purchasing a vehicle. Something changed for me when I arrived and found Tom Propersi at Valley Honda. I had been to Valley Honda in October to just have a look at 2015 Honda CRV. I wasn’t planning to purchase it soon. I explained this clearly to Tom and told him I wouldn’t like to waste a lot of time since I might be a prospect but definitely not a buyer today ! He took my suggestion, listened to me carefully regarding my financials. Never in the process he sounded pushy or I felt like being not shown interest. He took me around the shop, service and explained each details why it is the best place get your Honda. That was in Oct first week and we were in touch through emails for over 3 weeks and finally got my car on 28th. The process was so smooth and I appreciated that he “listened” and made it happen. Tom was the key to purchasing at Valley Honda. Tom also told me that the reason why Valley Honda has been a success is because it cares. It is a beautiful dealership; our salesman took us through the service department on the way back from our test drive, and it was the cleanest repair facility I have ever seen (with the longest service hours I have ever heard of). But what really made our visit so pleasant was Kevin Hanna, the wonderful salesman we dealt with. He was so nice and didn't make us feel pressured at all. Normally, I feel pressured when car shopping, because the salesman usually starts wanting to make deals not long after you arrive, and I really wasn't ready to do that yet. Kevin must have felt that, for he didn't talk about the money. He knew I was looking for something in the lower price range, so he took us for a test drive in a 2015 Honda Civic. Even though I wasn't ready to make a commitment that night, he and Jab Rahman, the sales manager, were so nice and accommodating that I would recommend looking here for a car, even if you're not sure what you're looking for.
