It was a pleasure working with Joe, Kurt and Valley Honda. Joe was our salesperson and Kurt is the General Manager. Between my wife and my family, we have purchased five cars from Valley Honda. That is not to say we don't shop other car manufacturers and dealers. We continually return initially to Valley Honda because they are extremely competitive on price. They are upfront and truthful with you and do not require days or weeks of haggling to get the best price. Honda is also a great product. However, once you are at Valley Honda, the service they offer is stellar. This recent purchase was for a CRV for my wife. My wife was especially grateful for her being treated as a customer and not having the attention directed solely at me (the male). Once I identified that this will be my wife’s car, both Joe and Kurt made sure that her opinions were taken first, she was looked at in the eye, spoken to and that she was the one they were dealing with. They were respectful and did not place either of us in a typical used car high pressure situation. This has not been the case at various Toyota, Mitsubishi, Nissan and Hyundai dealerships we have visited in the past; which fell into the old car dealership paradigms. We will be recommending Valley Honda to our friends and family without question. Valley Honda will be the only place we shop for Hondas. More

We had been looking for a nice, used Honda Civic Coupe for our son for a while. When we found a car on autotrader.com, Jab went out of his way to follow up with us. It would have been easy to dismiss thi for our son for a while. When we found a car on autotrader.com, Jab went out of his way to follow up with us. It would have been easy to dismiss this car because of the distance from our home, but Jab reassured us that we would not be disappointed. We had to travel almost 5 hours to get to their dealership, and when we arrived, we were greeted by Jab. He had come in, even though it was his day off. He helped us find the BEST CAR, we couldn't be happier. It was even better than described on autotrader and Jab was right, we were not disappointed! The dealership is well appointed, we were very comfortable while we were waiting for all of the processing to go through. Very clean, great T.V. area, with awesome coffee. There were even laptops for customers to use, if wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership to someone looking for a car, and I would give Jab's name. Jab was very professional but friendly. It was like we had known him all along, and he was genuine. Roxanne, the financial person, was a great help too. I will be shopping for another car in less than 2 years, for our daughter, and would travel the distance again to get that great customer service. I hope that Jab is there, I trust him. More

We recently bought our first new SUV, Honda Pilot 2012 -Touring. Jab Rahman was our sales guy. Because, our selected color was not available we have to wait for around 5 weeks. We got the car delivered on the date it was promised and there were no surprises. Jab made the delivery process very pleasant and clear. As any other sales person he presented all the option on car accessories , protection packages and warranty but he was not at all pushy. I never felt the pressure to buy anything which I did not want. In-fact he helped me figure out what I really need and want I don't need. I always felt the friendly environment during the entire time. I would highly recommended Jab and Valley honda to others. Keep up the good work.! More
