My experience at valley honda of Naperville was totally different from what I had to go through with the other dealerships. I went to a lot of dealerships and talked to more salespeople than I wanted to. Only Brandon Sullivan at valley honda was truthful with me from the very beginning. When I went in to sign the lease, Eileen was the one who helped me. She was very patient with my family and me. We asked her like a hundred questions in a hundred different ways and she answered them all. I loved the fact that she was so respectful toward my parents questions. Thank you Eileen and Brandon. When I complained that we spent almost $18k on a car, and traded in a car with a full tank of gas, they filled it up. I went to Valley Honda after work and Jonathan Olivares ended up being the employee to assist me. I was pretty sure I wanted an accord based on reviews from friends and family members that had owned that model previously and from online specifications I had read. After telling me a little bit about the extra features of each Accord configuration I was unsure which I wanted to go with. Jonathan was very accommodating to requested to test drive each different configuration. However, this took some time and it was nearly 9 PM when we were ready to get started on the paper work. I explained to Jonathan that I wake up for work about 4:30AM and would really appreciate it if we can finish the process tomorrow. Without any sort of push-back he agreed and I came back the next day during lunch to pick up the new car. The paperwork with the business manager was very quick and painless and in about 30 minutes I went to the garage to check out the car. Jonathan was very helpful in explaining and demonstrating all of the cool features that come with the car. He also took some time and helped me sync my Iphone and import all of my contact numbers. Initially I was contacted by Brittany at the dealership and she helped put me into a price range by evaluating my financing capacity. After reviewing the website and bouncing some ideas off of Brittany I decided to head to the dealership and test drive some of the options. Upon arrival you are greeted by an array of nicely dressed employees that immediately offer you a drink. Once I asked for Brittany I was informed that she was busy with a customer and instead Roy Gomez was going to be assisting me. Once my father and I met with Roy to begin our test drives we soon noticed that Roy's quiet and non pushy demeanor was going to make for a enjoyable experience. Roy was able to answer any questions we had, and also did a great job explaining the dealership, the warranty, service procedures and any other thing we asked about. I would recommend Roy to anyone looking to purchase a Honda, or any other car at the Valley Honda Lot. His professionalism, personality, and overall personality made for a very stress free, dare I say it enjoyable experience. My salesman Randall Rosen is a great person and was very honest and up front and it took no more than about an hour to get all the proper paper work done and they made me a very fair offer. Don Davis the General manger runs a VERY good and sound operation at Valley Honda and all the little details that many sales people don't follow up on, he and his sales team take care of their customers and represent the Honda brand very well. Because of people like Mr. Davis and Randall Rosen at Valley Honda and their great service department, we will be driving Honda's for many years to come.
